The All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship candidate for Katsina Local Government, Hon. Isah Miqdad, has officially launched his election campaign across three wards within the local government area.

Hon. Miqdad commenced his campaign on Sunday, February 9, 2025, visiting Kangiwa, Arewa 'B', and Arewa 'A' wards to engage with the electorate.

Addressing supporters in each ward, Miqdad pledged to deliver effective leadership and spearhead developmental projects that would benefit the people of Katsina Local Government. He also urged residents to continue supporting the APC to sustain democratic dividends in the area.

The campaign event was attended by prominent party figures, including the Chairman of Katsina Local Government, Hon. Aminu Ashiru Kofar Sauri, and the APC Chairman for Katsina Local Government, Alhaji Yahaya Asasanta, alongside other key stakeholders.

During the rallies, the APC candidate received a warm welcome from residents, including men, women, youth, elders, and influential community figures.
